Public-Private Partnerships For School Improvement Efforts

Emily Richmond, public editor of the National Education Writers Association, highlighted the efforts of the Strive Partnership in her article on the recent policy forum held in New Orleans, hosted by The After-School Corporation and the Partnership for Youth Development. Richmond refers to the Strive Partnership an "example of successful public-private collaborations," and quotes panelist Leslie Maloney, senior vice president of the Carol and Ralph V. Hailie, Jr./US Bank Foundation and a member of the Partnership Executive Committee.
