More recently, three Field Councils were developed – focused on Early Learning Success, Middle and High School Success, and Post-secondary Success – that pulled together frontline practitioners who engage students and learners. The Councils provide guidance and assessment of StrivePartnership’s active work and identify opportunities and needs for staff support.
Currently, the organization is pursuing a governance structure that is more inclusive of representatives from all spheres within the learning ecosystem and more responsive to community priorities and collective will. To achieve this, the Executive Committee has been suspended and replaced by a Community Leadership Table that is comprised of about 30 people representing network leaders from across the ecosystem. The Community Leadership Table will operate during 2020 to drive StrivePartnership’s re-engagement with the community and to define a long-term governance structure for StrivePartnership beginning in 2021.
