Dear taxpayer: $48M more for schools?

Cincinnati Public Schools and Cincinnati Preschool Promise are joining forces for the November election.

It's a big levy - $48 million a year - but it eliminates the potential for the two groups to be pitted against each other on the ballot possibly draggine one another to defeat.
